Great turn out for the Mining Industry Emerging Products Summit

There was a great turn out yesterday at the Mining Industry Emerging Products Summit, hosted by Innovate Australia, and moderated by our Managing Director, Peter Damen.

A big thank you to our guest speakers for such captivating presentations - Mauricio Olivares, Matt Devlin, Colleen Yates and Jakub Wilchelm.

Thank you also to the sponsors including the Green Deal Alliance, Regional Development Australia Perth and others.

Some of the key messages included the need to 'do things differently', 'to share the effort', and 'to accelerate change'. The substantial sustainability benefits of using mining products in local WA infrastructure projects was also highlighted. This was summed up by one of the speakers, Mauricio Olivares, "Are we going to continue to do what we have been doing, or are we going to add value? Because the cost of not adding value will be much more."
